Podcast Participation Terms & Consent

By participating in the Attorneys Resource Legal Nurse Podcast, you agree to the following:

Media Release
You consent to the recording and use of your name, image, likeness, and voice in video, audio, and promotional materials. This includes distribution across podcast platforms, social media, websites, and future marketing.

Use of Information
You understand that your participation may be associated with sponsors or partners of the podcast, and your professional information may be shared for relevant follow-up communication.

Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that your participation is voluntary and assume any risks associated with recording or appearing on the podcast.

Release of Liability
You release and hold harmless UPvision Consulting and the Attorneys Resource Conference, along with their team, partners, and affiliates, from any claims, damages, or liabilities related to your participation, including the use and distribution of recorded content.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless all released parties from any claims or expenses, including legal fees, arising from your participation or the content shared during the podcast.

Scheduling & Cancellations
All scheduled podcast recordings are non-refundable and subject to rescheduling based on availability.
