Image and Audio Release

By registering for or attending the Attorney’s Resource Conference or UPvision Consulting events, I give permission for my image, voice, and likeness to be recorded, photographed, or captured in any format. I understand that these materials may be used for event promotions, educational content, livestreams, and on-demand recordings.

Sponsor Communications

I understand that basic registration information may be shared with approved third-party sponsors. These sponsors may contact me directly after the event regarding their products or services.

Assumption of Risk

I voluntarily accept all risks associated with participating in the event. This includes the risk of property loss, illness, or personal injury, including death, whether occurring during sessions, travel within event spaces, or any activity connected to the Attorney’s Resource Conference.

Release of Liability

I, on behalf of myself and my heirs, agree to release, waive, and permanently discharge UPvision Consulting, the Attorney’s Resource Conference, and all affiliated agents, subcontractors, employees, and successors from any liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from my participation in the event. This applies to any loss, damage, illness, or injury connected to the event.

Hold Harmless Agreement

I agree to defend and hold harmless the released parties from any costs, expenses, damages, claims, lawsuits, judgments, or losses, including attorney fees, that arise from my participation or from claims brought against the released parties related to my attendance.

Refund Policy

All tickets, registrations, and course enrollments are nonrefundable.
